Casa México Añejo is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and aged at least twelve months in American oak, including ex-bourbon casks, for a richer and more layered sipping tequila. Extended barrel time develops deep notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, and warm spice while preserving the natural agave character, and gives the spirit an amber color drawn entirely from the wood. It is bottled additive-free at 40% ABV (80 proof). Añejo is best enjoyed neat or in a sipping glass, much like a fine whiskey. Each bottle holds 750 mL. Distilled at NOM 1589 in Jalisco.
