The Mashbill
Double Mash is composed of two distinct Heaven Hill mashbills, each aged for nine years before being blended and bottled at 100 proof:
- Two-thirds: Traditional bourbon mashbill — 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley
- One-third: Wheated bourbon mashbill — 68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley
